Making money writing can seem like a fabled mystery when you don't know where to look.
Have a look at some resources here:
1) Freelance Writing
Upwork is my favourite platform for this. Every month you get 'connects' that you use to bid on jobs. The platform verifies payment - and lets you know when payment has not been verified. You can also make your own 'packages' for clients to purchase.
Fiverr is another one people use.
2) Blog
Having your own blog can be a source of income - a slow building one but one none-the-less. Once you build up an audience, you can add adds or even ask for investors and sponsors.
3) Books
Another slow burn but a fun one. Writing books - creating a product and putting it to the market is one way a lot of entrepreneurs make money and you can do the same.
4) Teach Writing
You can teach people who have similar goals and want to make money with the written word. You can also make money teaching English and teaching those who want to communicate with the written English word.
There are many ways to make money writing but these are the simplest ways to make money writing without a degree or specialist knowledge above how to write.
What other ways to make money writing do you know about?
